I am either living off of pre-packaged energy bars or I am hand-peeling the skins off of 4,000 chickpeas to make homemade hummus.
Finishing summer strong has never really been my gifting. All of my good intentions fly out the window in this last, meandering, eternal week before school (finally) starts.
I’m not making any resolutions this year.
It snowed yesterday. Like, a lot. I’m not ready! Winter makes me a little sad. I was hoping for a nice, extended fall that stretched into November with crisp, sunny days.
This fall has been lovely, and also exhausting.
