I have been anemic in the past and am certain that my iron stores are nearly depleted once again. I became anemic during my last pregnancy and don’t think my body has fully built up its iron since then.

Yesterday I did my first real push-up. It wasn’t pretty and I may have tooted, but I won’t let that hinder my sense of accomplishment.
Last night we went to the traveling amusement park that had set up in a parking lot in Penticton. It was Avelyn’s first time on the rides and she loved every spin, twirl, and bump.
Steve’s surgery was a success and he’ll be back to drinking tea with the proper pinky extension in 6-8 weeks.
“I’m running a little behind here. We’re at the Emergency Room. The doctors say I should be able to keep my finger,” he stated.
“Oh, OK. Right.
