It was ten o’clock in the morning yesterday when we set to head home to Summerland.
I know, I know. Blogging while on holidays is lame. Except that holidays are for doing things you enjoy. And I happen to enjoy the occasional blog entry. So, here you go, whether you like it or not.
Things are going alright, I guess.
We have only been here a day and a half and I am fully in vacation mode.
We are leaving the house in about 13 minutes! Hawaii here we come!
Also, you know what’s a sweet parting gift? I just found out that I won a Pippalily sling from Kim at mommyknows.com.
I ponied up to the dreaded doctor’s scale and slid the marker further to the right than I would have liked. 5 pounds.
This weekend was filled with doing things I had not done in far too long:
I pried the crusty burners off my stove top and let them soak in hot, soapy water so the months-old alfredo sauce that had spilled over and caked
