Everyone is this germ-infested house has spent one rotten day fighting the Christmas Flu, except for my father, the remnant. I feel so badly. “Hey, come spend Christmas at our place! It’ll be great! Except you’ll be barfing and heaving and diarrheaing and aching. No worries, right?”
We are all, finally, better. Last night I went out for dinner with Steve and ate a burger the size of my head and it was the first real thing I had eaten in three days and I wanted to marry it. Sweet, beefy patty, how I loved thee.
Avelyn has lost a little weight while being ill and her legs look like a pirate’s pegs.
Wish I could say the same about mine.

Aw, glad you’re feeling better. Just give Avelyn a cheeseburger the size of her head and I’m sure her pirate legs will be gone too. I think grease is THE BEST cure for being sick, that’s what I do!
Great shot of her Amanda. I never tire of her eyes. Or her. Or you.
Speaking of which – we need to have the entire Brown family over for dinner. Maybe after all of the Christmas festivities?
:)
Oh no! It struck the entire clan. Too bad!
Avelyn looks super cute but skinny. Let her go at those cookie dough balls you made. ;)
So glad everyone is feeling better. That hamburger sounds delightful!
Merry Christmas!
Glad you are all better!
It has struck my house as well… sounds about the same. Here’s hoping to better days ahead!
Avelyn is beautiful!
Merry Christmas!
Grandpa washes with Lysol. Need I say more?
I always know I’m feeling better when I start craving Pizza Hut!!! Glad you guys are finally over that nasty flu!
I want a burger now too – mmm! Glad you’re all starting to feel better…
I’m glad you’re all well and able to enjoy Christmas…finally! And I know what you mean about burgers. Mmmmmm!!
Hopefully you all would feel better and enjoy the Christmas season.
After I’ve been sick, some greasy McDonalds french fries always cure me!!! Sorry ya’ll been sick.
Okay….I thought Camille had it a few days ago but now she REALLY has the flu. We have spent the last couple of days taking care of a barfy kid. We thought she was better today and went out to run a few errands and she barfed all over herself in the car! We usually celebrate on Christmas Eve but this year we have postponed until Christmas Day in hopes that she will be better and we will not get it. Our plan will either work out perfectly or by then we will all have it!
