I skipped aquasize last night.
It has been so devastatingly hot here lately and my energy was zapped by the time I drove home from work, so the last thing I felt like doing was working up a sweat in the pool. Even though I’m sure the cool waters would have refreshed me I thought it would be a much better use of my time to invite Jen over and watch the taped copy of the season finale of Grey’s anatomy while sprawled on the couch with a wet cloth draped over my forehead, sipping a diet cola.
And I was right.
Kicky Boots has been living up to her nickname these days. When I lay down for more than a few seconds she starts churning inside of me and the movements are getting stronger everyday. It’s not just gentle little kicks anymore; we’re talking full out body checking in all corners of my womb. It’s such a crazy feeling, but so astounding to experience.

I miss being prego. The kicks and stuff are the greatest… life on the outside is pretty cool, too!

It’s been crazy hot here lately as well. Although I’m very much a heat lover. So I’ve been outside with the kids everyday, enjoying this VERY hot weather.
Enjoy those “body checks”, I never really thought that I’d miss them…but I kinda do. It’s something VERY special to be able to feel that little munchkin kicking and squirming inside you as they grow. Can I get your e-mail address from you? I have a really cool picture of a pregnant belly that I’d love to show you!

Hey Amanda I love the new look. Greys was so sad. I wanted Denny and Izzy to be together so bad. Denny was so cute. I cried buckets when he died. Do you think Izzy will really quit? I hope not. I love her character as well. As for the baby boots , she’s just telling you she is alive and ,….. well .. kicking.
