Did you hear that loser laughing hysterically at the movie theatre last night? Yeah, it was me.
We went and saw Blades of Glory and I have not laughed so hard at a movie since I was 13 and saw Happy Gilmore for the first time. (Does that tell you something about my sense of humour? Potty jokes and poorly-disguised sexual innuendo are what I’m all about, apparently.) Granted, the movie was not quite of Oscar calibre. But who cares? It felt so good to let loose some unabashed laughter and feel the tears of hilarity stream down my cheeks.
If you’re in need of a good laugh, go check out Blades of Glory.
In other news, I have a hobo baby. She has two bottom teeth and ONE top tooth.
Happy Saturday, all!

Glad you had a great night out and got to laugh a lot. Seemed like your type of show. ;)
I sooooo wanna see that movie!
I could use a good laugh. Thanks for the movie suggestion.
Glad you guys had fun! Did Steve get his infamous giggles?
Awesome; I so very much want this movie to be good, and I’m glad to hear you liked it; I feel like I can trust your sense of humo(u)r. (The extra “u” is my homage to your Canadian self. I feel so classy now.)
Girl…my husband and I are dying to see this. Happy Gilmore, Dumb and Dumber, Billy Madison, Napoleon Dynamite, Just Friends…if you don’t think these are funny…we aren’t friends. Obviously, you and I will have no problem sharing a bucket of popcorn and laughing like junior high girls. I am so glad you liked it…I can’t wait to line up a babysitter and laugh until I cry.
Trevor and I saw Blades of Glory on the weekend and loved it. We laughed soooo hard. It was fabulous. Will Ferrel is up there as one of my favorite leading men. I suggest Stranger then Fiction as well.
I want to see that movie…I think I’ll have to go now. I do like will Ferrell – he is deliciously stupid! Stranger than Fiction WAS a good movie too – I agree with Jill.
