Welcome, friends! Thanks for joining me here at this new space. I hope to make it worth your click. I have been poring over the Movable Type tutorials and informational emails from Living Dot, my new host, but am feeling a little stuck. It’s frustrating that I can’t just close my eyes and say a magic word to make my blog look exactly how I want it to. All in good time. This is going to be a good project for me while I am twiddling my thumbs waiting for the baby to come. Maybe since I’ll be so occupied trying to manipulate my blog I won’t have time to eat ice cream.
Not likely, but I can dream.
Here is the part where I beg for help. I have spent the last two days trying to figure out how to put an "About Me" page link on here. If anyone would be willing to share with me their internet expertise and walk this dummy through the process I would be forever grateful. Also, a banner. How the heck do you get a cool banner like whoorl’s or leah’s ?
Anyways, stay tuned for the upcoming minor improvements. Hope you all have splendid weekends!

I don’t know who did Whoorl’s awesome banner, but I did mine myself. A little bit of Photoshop and A LOT of time.
As for the About page, if you can’t find someone to help you in five easy steps or less, let me know and I can give you the million-step version. :)
