Milk. It does a body good.
Avelyn is actually quite successful at holding down her milk. The spit up has been kept to a minimum and the calories she’s been consuming are catching up with her in the best possible way. She tipped the scales at the doctor’s office yesterday at 7 pounds, 8 ounces! That’s almost a pound more than her birth weight! Yay, Avelyn!

I also must say that I’m a little envious. My first was 9lb 9oz, and I have no idea what this next one will be. I’m only 36.5 weeks and they are already estimating him at 7lbs. (!)
