I’m so happy and so sad all at once. What a big girl!

She is soooo cute! Thanks for sharing her with us. My daughter is almost 6 months so I am seeing what I have to look forward to. You make it seem so easy.
Is it wrong that I think it looks like she is wearing a jock strap? I know I should be chanting nice mommy comments about her being a big girl and how proud I am…but I was distracted…as usual.
I agree with what Jen said. It makes me happy and sad all at once. THat is so cool to see her walking and so excited to be walking- but then it’s sad cuase she’s growing up so quick. I still think you guys just brought her home- but I guess not! She’s doing great..
Oh my goodness. I’m not even her momma and my heart is swelling with pride. Oh how awesome that must feel for you, to watch your little girl take her first steps.
Oh, how cute. I am so not ready for my baby to walk. She’s 10 months- her sister were walking by now- but I am SOOOOOOOO glad she is not. She’s not even close. Because as fun as it is, they loose a huge chunk of babyhood with those wobbly first steps. Happy, and sad. Bittersweet.
Yay Avelyn!
You always have the nicest dresses Amanda.

Oh, this is just too cute. She looks as if she is shocking herself even!
And, if it helps ease those freeze-frame woes, you look just great in the dress!

Nice!! How sweet are those first steps?? I still have one that I’m waiting for steps from, and after that…It’s all downhill (running!)

I never played the video, I just stared at your butt for 10 minutes.
Good work, Avelyn!
I love how they look like little Frankensteins when they first learn to walk :)
Ok I have to say Amanda, from looking at you here….WHY are you doing WEight Watchers? You so don’t need it!! This is adorable of Avelyn!! So cute.
Sooooooo cute. I love hearing how happy you are for her.
P.s. What was the song in the background?
Yay Avelyn!
I love the drunken-ness of those first few steps. So very cute!
Also, I too love that dress of yours.
I love the teetery-tottery legs – which are probably already gone by now into super strong running machines. Let the exploration begin!
I couldn’t understand some parts of this article , but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
