That is what I have been doing all day: personally training my replacement for my job. The lady who has been hired in my place is so sweet and I think she is really going to flourish in the position.
Today I have learned that:
When one is seated at a desk in an air conditioned office it’s easy to make grandiose plans of cleaning the house and making a fantastic dinner upon one’s arrival home.
My car is on its last legs. Or wheels. Whatever. It’s a hunk of junk and it’s finally starting to act like it. My 1986 Toyota Corolla refuses to start. But I keep driving it.
I skipped aquasize last night.
It has been so devastatingly hot here lately and my energy was zapped by the time I drove home from work, so the last thing I felt like doing was working up a sweat in the pool.
My, oh my, did the weekend ever rush by! Friday night was a bachelorette party for my dear friend, Steph and the evening was full of rowdy fun.
Welcome, friends! Thanks for joining me here at this new space. I hope to make it worth your click.
